RapadCare Services

I’ve been with RapadCare for about 8 years and the care I receive is fantastic. They have made it possible to for me to do things I never thought I would do again. Because all my carers are provided with a wheelchair accessible vehicle, I’m able to do a lot of day trips without the need for a taxi. I get to stay at the RapadCare property in Loch Sport for a few days at a time as well as the apartment in the city. I even got on a plane for the first time since my brain injury, to go to Queensland with my carer, I also do my rehab with my support workers. They’ve become family.

Our family can never express all the gratitude and appreciation we feel in our hearts for Ross and his team at RapadCare. Our daughter Heather's great happiness in life is due to the ongoing loving care she receives daily. We also appreciate the great thought and perseverance that goes into Ross' selection of carers. Heather also goes with her carers to the RapadCare client hub several times a week and she eagerly looks forward to it. Ross has a great set up there and Heather loves feeding the turtles, all the activities and mixing with others. Ross also provides lunches a couple of days a week. What a SUPER GREAT LIFE Heather enjoys thanks to RapadCare.

My wife spent about three days in Loch Sport with her carer at the beautiful, relaxed property that had a family atmosphere with so much to see and do. She came home on top of the world and spoke about it for weeks later. For us as a family we are forever extremely greatful to Ross and his team for their daily care of my beautiful wife. We feel so blessed this brings her so much happiness. What more could we ever ask for. A million thanks to RapadCare.

I live with my brother who has a disability. Having RapadCare support workers has enabled me to continue to go to work and feel reassured that my brother is been cared for and safe. The whole RapadCare team are professional and dedicated to making the lives of clients better. I am so grateful to Ross and his staff for enabling my brother to have a wonderful quality of life. The Support Workers go above and beyond when providing daily care, taking my brother out for coffee, lunch, movies, shopping, concerts and holidays away. Our team of support workers are amazing and treat my brother with dignity. We value them greatly and appreciate all they do. They are like family. Thank you.

My husband, Stu, and I were first introduced to Ross from Rapad Care in 2008, 2 ½ years after my husband’s near fatal and debilitating stroke, and we haven’t looked back. To this day, Ross and his incredible team from RapadCare, continue to play a prominent and instrumental role in my husband’s daily care and general wellbeing. Personable yet professional, our RapadCare support team always go above and beyond in putting my husband’s care needs first and in ensuring that we, as a family, are supported as required. Our RapadCare team understands the importance of reliable support, trustworthiness, honesty and respect of all of us, as well as respect for our home. My husband’s care and overall support needs are extensive and our RapadCare staff constantly strives to assist him in meeting all aspects of his daily goals, ranging from personal care tasks to therapy goals to social engagement. No job is too great and there’s often a lot of laughs along the way! We are truly grateful to Ross and his RapadCare team for always looking after us. Our lives are better for it!
